It's a jab at the completely pointless replacement of a sex selection with body type 1 and body type 2. Especially egregious in this game since the advanced tooltip literally specifies it as a sex selection.

To such replacements I must ask. "If it's just body types why can't I take type 2/type B's top off?"

Only pointless if they use 'types' in character edit then in-game go back to saying male and female (he/she). In order to keep in-character they have to use language that skirts around it as much as possible. The Ogre lore of targeting females/males and the pawn chatter specifically saying male/female is gone. The quest Thick as Thives had you wearing womens clothing to fool the guards. Stufff like that will be gone. Those things are probably replaced by furry beastren lol (wear a beastren disguise to get into the beastren city, you heard it here first).

i will go FEMALE body type and i hope the game adress body types properly like "MALE" "FEMALE" instead of body 1 2 3 4 5 6 like why games nowdays dont make it clear if its female body type or male

I'm interested how they handle whole "bodytype" thing. In original, first you have sex/gender selection and only then bodytypes are presented to you. Now since we don't have sex/gender anymore its gonna be the same bodyshape for everyone?
