I like the more dexterity playstyle of a barbarian - focused on HP/HP regen, Fur armors, heavy belt and two axes smh simillar to dual class of Barbarian wild heart and Hunter from Dungeons and dragons i wish Dragons Dogma will offer more playstyles for melee and combine classes around more vibes to allow us define our gameplay and immersion with game.
And if the vocations are now like they described them, each vocation only has one weapon type, so you can't have vesatility like switching bow to dagger or equipping mace isntead of swords.
If there are no other classes (becasue we still don't know if we'll have more, we think, but really, we don't know ♥♥♥♥ for sure), that will severly reduce the gameplay of each vocation and for the pawns in paricular (since they'll only get a single dagger class and a single archer class).
There's some footage of Fighter class using one handed maces. We also might be expecting a few more class reveals? The Trickster is represented by two colors that don't have associated classes yet, unlike the other advance vocations
We do, Itsuno stated in a interview there are more vocations to be revealed, he said this after trickster and Mystic Spearhand's reveals, If I find the interview and remember I'll link it here.
I tried looking and I still couldn't find it.
I believe this person to have the best speculation on the subject:

Due to how close his speculation chart would resonate with the original:

But if that doesn't turn out to be the case, I personally believe at minimum we will get 2 base classes for the trickster hybrid because it would be very weird to break the system they had in the first.
Of course as you say though, this is speculation and I try not to have any personal attachment to the idea of more vocations and will be happy with the ones shown as long as they have more skills and are just overall better.
