2160p or 2160i ?
On the main page, for the 2nd recommanded configuration, it is mentionend 2160i ... Is it just a typo error, or does it means it'll really be an interlaced game at 2160 ?

It's probably just a typo but funny enough the new RE engine games do in fact have a graphical option for interlacing for a performance boost by rendering less of the screen.

Both. There'll be an Interlace setting available and that is what you're seeing in on the system requirements.
