My controller works fine until I move to the main menu, then it does nothing. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have every lvl at 100% but the achievements and gallery haven't unlocked for me. Anyone else have this issue?

I don't like that their isn't any weapon upgrading or a way to use a sort of bomb that clears all enemies on the screen and after going through all the levels the main villain gets away which I don't like and I don't even know if there is going to be a sequel where hopefully at the end the villain doesn't escape and pays for their crimes. I'm not even going to try to get any POSSIBLE secret ending because making sure I had just enough to pay for fuel was annoying. Even losing the coins every time you got...

I remember the great era of flash games like Upgrade Complete. Where you could play levels, get money, and upgrade your ship with that money to later replay those levels and kick ass. Not having any upgrade here means getting anythin but the lowest passing grade is utterly meaningless. You ain't using that money anyway. that was a big let down. I miss the upgrade games of the flash era anyway, but of any game I played in the last few years, that would have been the primary choice to have that. I think many...

I've beaten every stage with 3 stars but only the first 2 are at 100%, what's the criteria for one hundred percenting a stage?
