Important for Devs: Age Rating! [Please Read!]

Dear game developer,

As of November 15, 2024, your game will no longer be visible in Germany due to a missing age rating. This will be implemented by Steam on that day, in accordance with the law. Please note, the changes apply to Brazillian too.

Developers need to take action and ensure that their games receive an age rating.

I kindly ask developers to fill out a form provided by Steam so that your revenue does not suffer as a result.

Thank you very much for your Service, i honestly didnt think it was that important to inform the Devs of the Age Rating, as i had thought Steamworks does already inform them, until i saw my wishlist and also decided to go around informing many Devs.
I have also learned about a flaw in the Age Rating survey, stating ok even though its not, meaning some devs filled it out thought everyting is fine and working but the store page was still out of reach. Gladly not in this case here.

For the above cases it has helped a lot to add the following to the information feel free to share it to other devs as well:

Important: You need to resubmit the content survey even if you already filled it out previously and everything is shown as OK. Because of a false positive.
Otherwise no rating will be generated for Germany.
Please also pay attention to DLC, demos, soundtracks and mods. Those also require a rating.
To check if the store page is in reach for the particular country use the ?cc=de(for Germany) after ie. "app/2054520" (in browser while not logged in to steam) ie. https://steamcommunity.com/app/2054520?cc=de

Like mentioned its for those hard cases. Not this one.
