Old Codes

Back in the day I used to use some codes on the main screen on MK3 to play an old arcade / space shooter game.

If you select to play MK3 do you get to start on the main menu? Can you enter codes? I can't remember if it was "Kool Stuff", "Kooler Stuff", or "Scott's Stuff"...but one of them had the mini-game.

My SNES is boxed-up somewhere, and this would save me some digging around. Can anyone chime in?

Those codes don't work on the arcade version, (Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3)

Yes, these are emulated arcade games, not console games. See how your link has "snes" in it. The only codes were for those symbols on screen in UMK3. If you want info for this game, you have to search for "arcade" such as http://www.gamefaqs.com/arcade/583645-ultimate-mortal-kombat-3/cheats
The one you are referring to is labeled: "Two-Player Mini-Game of Galaga" on that page.

Yeah I ended up buying the game. Patience isn't one of my virtues, sadly.

Oh well, I still have 3 MKs to play whenever =)

Galaga? Yeah, I've got it on Nintendo DS.

Yeah I owned the SNES one, but those codes at the start screen (up, up, down,down, left, right, left, right, A, B, A, Select, etc.) only worked on the SNES, and would not work on the Sega Genesis or any other version.

The only codes you can enter are the codes that appear before each match:
