Crashes immediatly on startup

Can't seem to do anything witht he game... Goes into a black screen and stops responding a second later... Not much else I can do.... Anyone have a fix? I can't seem to find something online about it.

Should also add... Running WIndows 7 64-bit.

gfwlivesetup.exe

Didn't work for me either but i got it fixed.
Download newest gfwlsetup here http://download.gfwl.xboxlive.com/content/gfwl-public/redists/production/gfwlivesetup.exe
install it and login. Then an error appeared while logging in and redirected me to a xboxlive site where i had to accept the new license agreements. Now it works just fine.

This is what is happening to me. I'd love some suggestions, maybe changing the service pack compatibility?

This problem could occur when you used something like Teknoxlive, you have to set everything back to default in this tool.

Same and then when I troubleshoot says a problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting.
