First time i ever played Mortal Kombat was no:1 on the Arcade back in the day! Ill admit Sf2 was better, but Mk has become so much better than the street fighter series lately.

Street Fighter is for button mashers.

MK1 in the arcade and then friends SNES and Gensis. I bought it myself for DOS to play at home, it came with a Gravis gamepad in the same box.

MK 1 on sega since MK 1 on the snes sucked no blood cause of nintendo's rule about there not having blod on their games. But i still remember after all these years the blood code for MK 1. At the code of honor screen tap in quickly ABACABB the screen will turn red and scorpion will say get over here.
