Fatality Stance?
I have been trying to do fatalities for SOOO long now. I know that I've performed them right before, but nothing happens. I looked it up online and everyone was talking about a "fatality stance" that you have to take when you are going to do a fatality. Its odd though because I am able to do babalities and friendship ends, but the fatalities don't work. Anyways, they said you had to pull the left trigger when the anouncer says "finish him" and you would take fatality stance and be able to perform a fatality. There is just one problem, I am using a keyboard, so how am I supposed to pull left trigger? I looked in the options, but there is no change stance control for the keyboard. Anyone know what button it is?

I think the "Fatality stance" may be reffering to the distance away or near the player for each fatality. Example MK1 Kano fatality you must be near the opponent before executing the button combination, and with Scorpion you would need to be a "sweep distance" away. Also some fatalities require you to be a jumps distance away.
Some fatalities require you to be holding block before executing the button command. This is info from playing the classic versions on consoles ( sega / nintendo )

That is for a different mortal kombat game.
You need to look up the codes for mortal kombat, mortal kombat 2 and ultimate mortal kombat 3.
Deadly alliance moves won't work for these 3 games.

The method for doing a fatality in Mortal Kombat - Deadly Alliance does not apply to any of the Mortal Kombat games in this collection.
