Why is the MK Arcade Kollection no longer available for purchase?

I've been searching for hours 'cause my brother has the games and

Yes, We can still play online becouse it is working, as I said above Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection uses a DRM Games for Windows Live that you need to have a Microsoft account to login and play.

I will also add, it no longer works for Win 7 users, the Win 7 Live Games connection was cut some time ago so don't bother if that's your case.

EDIT:
This was a hard pull from Microsft and any installs on Win 7 were *broken* via update a few months ago. Since then I have auto updates turned off and investigate the updates before allowing them.

Its 2020 and I still use 7? Yeah, specifically because of strong-armed ♥♥♥♥ like this. Give me a lean Win 10 without all the bloat and i'll upgrade, better yet go strait to 11 and make an OS that functions like Classic Windows and not a smartphone. Windows Phone crashed and burned (that's a pun too) Why would I want a PC version of that garbage?

Yes it still works for Win 7 users. I just used the fix tonight and it works just fine.

There's currently 23 available for trade on barter.vg. (Kollection info page[barter.vg])
No idea if they are all restricted or not.

The weird thing to me is that according to SteamDB[steamdb.info] there's no region restricted packages for this game. So I don't know why Fanatical shows that it is restricted in some countries. Maybe it's GFWL thing, but that would be even weirder.
