Dude/Sis, you're a hero! Thanks. One more question, if I buy it on Green Man, I can still play it on my Steam account, right?
EDIT:
This was a hard pull from Microsft and any installs on Win 7 were *broken* via update a few months ago. Since then I have auto updates turned off and investigate the updates before allowing them.
Its 2020 and I still use 7? Yeah, specifically because of strong-armed ♥♥♥♥ like this. Give me a lean Win 10 without all the bloat and i'll upgrade, better yet go strait to 11 and make an OS that functions like Classic Windows and not a smartphone. Windows Phone crashed and burned (that's a pun too) Why would I want a PC version of that garbage?

Crap
Anyway known way to get around this?
No idea if they are all restricted or not.
For reference this is what a region restricted packages look like on SteamDB.
