The literal answer is no - the game has no bot support, and there are no publicly available patches or tools to add them. The PS2 version of the game had bots, but no netcode for them - the PS2 was entirely offline, only split-screen multiplayer. Those bots were removed from the PC version, though even if they hadn't been, they wouldn't function in online MP anyway.

That being said, some community servers (like ours - the FactionFiles.com DM pub) run "bots", which are effectively dumb clients running custom client software. Anyone can play with those bots if they wish, just by joining those public servers.

Also to quickly mention, if you plan to play multiplayer, I'd strongly recommend installing the Dash Faction patch. Even for single player it's highly recommended, but given all the bugs and security issues in the stock unpatched client, in multiplayer it really should be considered mandatory. Yeah it's too bad they never added bots since they had them in the PS2 version. This has amazing multiplayer. Definitely will try the Faction Files server though thanks for the info
