So I had no idea I needed to stop and talk to a receptionist before completing the stealth part, or else I would have no way of sneaking by at the end.

So I went back to the receptionist, and now she won't give me what I need. Did i miss something?

Eh, i would've gone bulletspraying instead of going stealthy, as it is optional in Medical Labs. Just kill the administrator, get the passcard and move on.

As far as I can tell, completing that tiny micro mission just grants you access to the admin without the guards, which then you can kill without setting off the alarm.

Going back to the cryo bank doesn't really do anything. I could be wrong but... the main obsticals, the guards getting into the admin are removed allowing you to keep going stealthy.

you do not have to stealth but if u insist like i did u may find triggers dont always trigger. make a save before entering or starting this area. i had the guy in the operating room say oh good you are here but not give me anything in return. thought id done something wrong but no. it was never really meant to be a serious option just something cool to go along with the disguise parts. i like that they did those parts because instead of everyone running and screaming u actually get to listen to the opinions of those around you with everything that is going on its easy to miss these bit of dialogue

I know it's a bit too late but after a few hours trying this is how to get past this part stealthily. MAKE SURE TO CREATE DIFFERENT SAVES EVERY FEW MINUTES IN CASE SOMETHING DOESN'T TRIGGER

First, after grabbing the medical suit, you head for the place where the doctors are operating a patient. The nurse then will lead you straight to the light blue canister you need to pick up. Now, i don't know if this is mandatory or not but try to be fast so everything works ok

Now exit this part, where the administrator's office is, and the receptionist will tell you that he's busy (you need to get to his office for the passcard) This is where the canister comes into play: you take it to OR (or the operating room i guess) and the main doctor SHOULD recieve the canister and tell you to take the old one to cryo.

You can now go to cryo, and the receptionist will tell you that she needs the administrator's signature in order to store the canister

You head back for the administrator's office (the receptionist there yould now let you upstairs) and there you have it. Kill the administrator to grab his card. I don't know if there was any other way to grab it.

Now you have two options:
1) you go back again to cryo, the girl lets you go up the elevator for nothing, there are only 4 medikits or at least that's what i saw

2) go to the locked door on the left of the administrator's office hall and continue the mission
