First time setup every time

Everytime I run this program from steam it makes me install Microsoft framework like it was the first time. deleting and reinstalling did not help. Anyone got any more ideas to fix this?

Odd. Sounds like the framework install isn't properly completing so it keeps trying it every time?

Try uninstalling NET Framework 4 from your program list, then delete local content -> reinstall and see if that helps?
