Report a translation problem
1. Current careers are not affected. They are kept in the save game folder. Career data for the base game and each mod is kept separate. For example, you can't load base game save data while a mod is active, and you can't load Mod 1 career while Mod 2 is active.
2. You just activate the mod and start a new career.

4. You can activate only one mod at a time.
We use the ISO-3166 A2 country codes, which have a nice table on wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_3166_country_codes However, we don't support every country on that list.
ps. how should I write Scotland or Welsh driver? "gb-sct"?
When you load a local mod you'll see the option to debug it in the mod selection screen.
For the country codes, I'm guessing that codes longer than 2 symbols might not be supported. I'll check with the team and let you know if that's not the case.
