I've tried unistalling the only audio driver i could find (realtech) but it didn't help.
If you have an issue with Rocksmith staying minimized after launch and when attempting to restore the window Rocksmith minimizes again then I have a potential solution.
Navigate to the game directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith\, open Rocksmith.ini with Notepad and change the ScreenWidth, ScreenHeight to your actual resolution. You can find your resolution by right clicking your desktop and click Screen resolution. Width is the first value, Height is the second (width x height)
Hopefully this helps someone who runs in to the same problem.
I had the exact same problem and it turned out to be cause by a conflict between Rocksmith and Tunebite.
I didn't have to uninstall Tunebite - simply deactivate the "Tunebite high-speed dubbing" soundcard and now the game runs perfect.
Hope this helps!
