What guitars are you playing with? (2 part question)
Just wondering who's playing a guitar that didn't come in the bundle and what you're playing. I have a Charvel "Charvette" (my first electric), an Ibanez RG-250, an Ibanez JS-1200, and an Aria acoustic (cheapie gift).

how does a flying v feel to play i always wondered
I have an Epiphone Flying V. It's really good to play, at least as long as you stand while playing. Sitting is a bit strange though. I put my right knee in the V, works for me, but needs some time to get comfortable with.

Seafoam Green 95 USA Fender Strat with matching colour headstock (Quite rare from what I've heard) and a Gibson Les Paul Studio, not sure of the year on that but think it's about 12-13 years old and originally from Canada as per previous owner.

I have that lap thing on my V90d that makes playing it sitting down rather easy

But with my other v I wish I had it

I've been bitten by the Yamaha-bug as well. Bought a Pacifica 611HFM recently, and it's a beast of a guitar. Such a huge improvement over my Epiphone Riviera P93 Custom!

i have been playing with a yamaha erg121c, and an epiphone les paul custom, and an rbx 200 bass. but since I started Rocksmith and went through it like a knife through butter, the missus delivered on her promise of a decent guitar if -in her eyes i got any good. She bought me an ESP ltd H1001fm deluxe and i was that taken back by the sheer quality of the thing. i went and got myself a MH350 fr two weeks later. I am seriously considering trading in the les paul custom against an EC 1000. I would one day like a sheraton though.

J&D Luthier 7 string, custom BKP Aftermath bridge and VII neck pickups. Replaced internals with quality pots. Circkle K progressive tension custom strings, 84 gauge lowest string.. I spent ages making sure the progressive tension worked for drop F with a low 84 hehe.

Also have a Fernandes Sustainer guitar with custom Dimarzio & Seymour Duncan pickups (SD Hot Rails & Dimarzio compressor style along with original Fernandes sustainer pickup. But this needs a set up so haven't used it yet.

For my 7 string, in drop F, the stickers really help that come with the game, since I have to move all the frets up 2 (harmonics hard to get right lol) and ignore my 7th string :)

Sold an Ibanez Roadstar II the other year, also have an ornamental Valencia Les Paul cutaway imitation that was my 2nd electric. I've done everything nasty you could think of, all the way up to putting huge gauge piano strings on it. So it barely works at all anymore, I spray painted it and added lots of stickers. A punk offered me $100 for it as a work of art once. Lol, I should have taken it.

Used to have a de-fretted bass that was fun.. now the only other strings I have are my cousin's upright piano (living at there place for the next month so going to try to get a nice samplebank of it before I go) and my dad's old round back Suzuki mandolin.
