Where's the option to change headstock?
I just bought a Bass Guitar today, it has the tuning pegs all in a row on one side, but back when I first started playing bass using emulated bass I chose the 2x2 headstock option.
I know that starting a new profile lets you choose your headstock style, but I can't seem to find an option to change it within an existing profile.

Try in Amp mode then scroll the menu right until there is a choose bass option, I've only got 2 bass guitars unlocked but there were one of each headstock type, so try one of the first 2

Bring up the menu, then go to Techniques, then Sound Check. You'll have to go through the intro setup again, but you can change headstock there.

Are you sure? I tried that and it didn't give me the option to choose my headstock style.
It just went immediately to the make some noise bit, and then tuning, introduction to the noteway and the first riff.

I haven't tried it recently, but last time I checked all the bass guitars I've got unlocked were 2x2 headstock. I'll double check next time I load the game.

ok, I'm less than 10% into rank 1 on bass, think I did one song, I've got 2 unlocked and the Epiphone Thunderbird IV has inline tuners, hope it helps

Ah, you're right!
Dunno how I didn't see that before.
I'm at Rank 6 but I've only got 3 Bass Guitars unlocked.

I guess the choice of headstock when starting a new profile isn't really a choice of headstock, but a choice out of the two starting guitars, using headstock as the deciding factor.
