Eb Drop Db

Since I am totally dumb (not really) this has got to be the most annoying thing ever.

I know what Eb is (D#) and Db (C#)

People can tell me to tune to drop C (or C#) (CGCF), i get it.

But clearly, what are the specific open string notes for Eb Drop Db? (Bass)

Its the same as tuning to Eb (down tuning every string a 1/2 step) then tuning the "E" string down to drop D or in this case Db.

*edit* basically tuning to drop D then flattening every string a further half step.

Yes, then you tune the Eb down to Db
