SNLF Rikusentai Paratroopers are completely innacurate. (wear army rather then navy gear)

Something i have noticed. the Premium SNLF Rikusentai Paratroopers wear army khaki with army gear and brown army boots.

The Rikusentai (Special Naval landing Force) were NOT Army. they were navy marines. And wore distinctive Sea green uniforms black boots, had a signifying naval shoulder patch and naval anchors on their helmets. This was the same for SNLF paratroopers.

It is pretty significantly immersion breaking

No but dude. these are NAVY MARINES wearing ARMY gear. considering how distinctly different the japanese navy was compared to the army this is a huge oversight

In any case, I doubt the Steam forums are the most high-vis place to put this kind of complaint. Send it to Gaijin support, or the Enlisted forum.

yeah that is dumb but this is literally stupid asf. Its the equivalent of giving the USMC ww1 US army uniforms. Thats how dumb it is

The japanese Navy was SO far apart from the army. the reason for the SNLF's existance is partially because the navy hated the army so much they made their own army (the snlf marines)
