How do I change my email (account) name?

Hi, I already have an open ticket on Gaijing.net however can anyone here help? No telling when they might answer my ticket or perhaps not at all depending on the support.

My hotmail account got locked and I just need to change my account name and email to another email. Therefore I can verify my new email and tie it to my cellphone. I can't do any of this with my retarded microsoft account that got locked and is impossible to fix.

Sure could use the help, I don't an to start a brand new account, I just wan to switch it over to another email address. Thanks.

I'm not sure if you can do it without access to your current e-mail plus there is a 30 days inactivity period for the newly added email (as far as i know), so your best bet is Support.

You can add a new e-mail, remove the old e-mail and change your nickname on the https://store.gaijin.net/user.php page (for email related changes, "Security settings").

In most probability I won't be able to provide a "confirmation of refusal." Perhaps...
I mean I've tried multiple times to recover my hotmail account, like seriously over a half dozen times in the last 6 months, no luck. They do send a response so I guess I can use it.

Really, I suppose I really want to just make a new account and then have my previous gaijiin info transferred over (such as gold and stats). I have a ticket in, no response yet, hope they help.

Microsoft sucks by the way, no help by phone (they no longer have any type of 800# for support) you're just screwed if it gets locked. It happened when I moved, so it detected a new location and put me through this griefing process. They ask for security questions, skype info, xbox info, email addresses sent to in the last 3 month and even though I've provided this they still refuse. Its seriously, seriously difficult.

The main problem is of course I cannot access my email at all so confirming it is not possible. If they can accept a refusal like you said it shouldn't be at all difficult to show or prove who I am plus link it to my phone.

I started when enlisted first started, before it was on stream and then never played it for maybe a year or more. I just love it now. I had to upgrade my PC, originally it sucked playing on a slower PC but it runs beautiful now.
