Lag???

So I have about 160 hours in game, and I've never once experienced lag. However last night, after finishing a match, I started a new one, and I'm now rubber banding, waiting 2-3 seconds between switching between squad members, and I can hardly even throw a grenade.
Nothing has changed on my end. Internet is still fast, I've reset modem...not sure whats going on.

Anyone else experiencing this?

its not im having a render problem with this last update where things render poorly or slowly.

i play on the lowest possible because of the low graphics that grass doesnt exist problem from cod.

I'm not on a laptop, I'm on a pretty decked out gaming PC and never had issues with running this game on max settings, but I'll try turning down graphics. Thanks guys
