what is going on with this game?

ive played several hours already and im half n half win to lose why is it i get put in teams that are just awful and will not do the objective not set up rally points just all around bad im losing almost every match now

fair point im still new to this side of gaming i play alot of co-op/single player games and only recently dove into the competitive side of gaming

99% Of online games have somekinda system to make sure both teams have skilled players. Not like i see prestige masters stomping new players all day in cod. Enlisted has no matchmaking so its common to see 500+ hours team fight off againts people who just installed the game

Yeah i noticed that alot lately i get a few great games 100 plus kills then others were just dying over n over again its quite annoying i get the fact im still learning this game so not sure all the in's and out's of the game perk wise gun wise etc. just wish they could do something about the matchmaking

if you keep playing good you will play in higher tiers with better mates.
