Matchmaking need improvments
I've played this game for over 1,000 hours, and I've noticed some significant issues with matchmaking that need improvement. Here are my thoughts:

Uneven Matches: Often, one team dominates the game, making it frustrating for the losing side. It would be more enjoyable if matches were more balanced, allowing both teams to have a fair chance.

Team Performance: In a recent game, three players on my team didn't get any kills and respawned 6-10 times. This kind of performance disparity can ruin the experience.

Skill Discrepancies: It seems like some players have advantages that make them significantly better, which raises concerns about fairness. Not everyone can be that skilled.

Personal Achievements: I managed to get first place by focusing on air defense, but I believe the game should reward teamwork and strategy rather than individual performance in unbalanced matches.

Suggested Improvements
Enhanced Matchmaking: Implement a better matchmaking system that considers player skill levels and team compositions to create more balanced games.

Team Support: Encourage teamwork and support among players to improve overall performance and enjoyment.

Fix their game? Best they can do is updates that fixes nothing and content no one wanted. Must cost less than put a few guys on troubleshooting and listening to the community.
Okay well, i don't mean to rage or else but after some days since the last update and supposed improvement of the game balance i must say that :
It's just way worse than before.

You said to the players that they would gain some comfort in game but the fact is that's the total opposite that is happening sadly :/
I get that it's the start of a new Battle pass and season but it's already my third season and the two before this one were way more balanced that this season.

Now we have almost always one sidely battles and it can hardly be called fun to play (even on the winning side actually)
That lake realy demoralized players that don't really try anymore, that's something to worry for the future

I was banned once for saying this, but dont you feel you are paired with bots every time the game gives you a booster? like you are 1st and the rest of the team is just there touching themselves as they get steam rolled lol...
the game is fine the problem is with people especially the allies who roll over and die. the only time ive seen allies win is more often then not when the enemy faction rolls over and dies.

A lot of the problems i believe are from pre-made groups joining a match, any more than 2 players in a pre-made that joins basically gives the other team no chance.
I have a 59%wr after I think around 1k battles playing as just the allies. As to the balancing between this season and last I can't really speak. I only came back to play with the jets after they introduced the m26 a few months ago

It feels like when I join with a friend and we get like a bonus due to the fact we are 2-3 that makes our rank higher.

the problem with the damn player base is they dont defend, 8/10 matches dont build rally points, dont build ammo boxes, dont build AT guns or AA guns, your tank gets killled surrounded by 3-4 allied squadrons by enemy infantry. This is not always the case, but yeah... I rarely see a machine gun squadron build the .50 cal or engineers the .30...

I got banned for taking the sides of the devs, told another player in this chat to try harder, led to a 30 day ban.. be careful

while depending on how you play, being in br1 or 2 helps alot, people love xp, and since engis and apcs are fresh unlocks, people usually catch on, if not overuse engis.ive been helping my friends out, going back to basics as to not just turn their experience into actual war, I was encouraging them to unlock engis and use rallys asap, not only due to the xp gained, but also the team impact.

Not to wonder of the subject too much. I play br5 and there are some less than br5 in the games. And I can notice that we have some egocentric players who just run into the fire and get a few kills per squad or looses everying and do it over and over again. And when i play with higher ranking players the circle around and trying to find new ways to play.
But to go back.
I guess the game have some ranking between all that play the game. If your 2-3 who are friends you get ranked higher than if your solo, and I have noticed that i can sometimes when some games go pretty good I get ranked with better players and then I drop down to the bottom ranked. Wich makes me be top2 and we are loosing again due to the fact some cant even read the game and understand how to play it. All can not become Anti-Air etc..

So the matchmaking need a overhaul.

I enjoy building those things whenever I can, but games lately are completely dominated by Assault and Medic squads. 2 out of every 3 matches lately have been so short in duration and you're basically being overrun before you can finish building anything, even if you drop back to the next base or 2 in the queue. {I can only comment from a BR I-II perspective though)

Id rather see defensive teams get a short time period to build defenses. Either by a period before start or more spaced out maps & objectives similar to HLL and attacking teams get balanced to that with maybe 1000 more tickets.

Major problem I've found is a lack of both communication and co-ordination, doesn't matter which tier you play. You can usually tell a good team if they build rallies and mark the opposition

110% this. As an ASF/CAS player this 110%. I do phenomenally at keeping the skies clear, but if I don't get active marks on things and pushes i'm just best guessing the CAS. and in most maps, CAS can make a lot of objs *very* easy
