Low FPS/Performance Issue

I have a quite an old setup.. BUT it is not an issue regarding ram and cpu performance, since i do not encounter any issues like stuttering or freezing, but my gpu is struggling so much to play this game even when on lowest settings and after some overclocking. Any fix/ game tweaks I'm missing out?

My specs:
Intel Core i3 540 (aka 1st gen)
8GB Ram DDR3
Radeon R5 340X OEM with core clock boosted to 1050MHz and memory clock boosted to 1300MHz

i dont think your set up is good enough to play the game.Unless you use some tools.
try to buy a i5 intel core and a 16 gb ddr4 ram.
or just use tools to make the game lag less.for example NVIDIA
