is it worth using them ? like i used to play enlisted before the merge ,and they were kinda weak the artillery almost never killed anyone, but now it looks like the artillery is way more deadly , so is it worth using them now? btw i am br 3 goint to br 4

It depends, i have gotten 30+ kills on one strike.
But i think if the price is an AT guy, then i would go with the AT guy, especally at higher BR as the tanks can do a lot of dmg. And its nice to have a Bazooka / Pz Faust to deal with grey zone tanks.

I don't think artillery changed much, other than the fact that they've also added a time-limited squad with rocket artillery that can damage armor. As far as its effectiveness goes, it depends entirely on the map and your situational awareness.
