forced gameplay style?

okay i get it you have squads. some are sniper, some are tanks, some are smg. but when u get killed in a certain squad then you cannot rejoin back into that squad to respawn. This game is forcing a play style upon, you, the player. What if you just wanted to snipe for the match, or just wanted to smg for the match, or just wanted to tank for the match? NOPE here's a handholding big BROTHER telling u what u can and cannot do. Is that intentional as a paywall or just cause they like it that way?

They don't want you to play as the same squad over and over again. I'm glad it's there. Besides once you play for longer you can easily gather 3x Assaulter squads.
Paying won't stop you from not being allowed to use same squad.
