You can shoot people, gun, tank doesn't matter 50% chance nothing happens. why?

I see this happening from time to time, sometimes I get on a server that has a bit of lag.
I'm not sure if that's what everyone is experiencing, but this game has unobvious dispersion when firing on the move. It can be quite horrendous for some weapons and difficult to notice. The game does very little to indicate that your shots will be inaccurate, you just pull the trigger while aiming straight at the target and nothing happens.

I'd suggest checking the gun details to see the recoil numbers which can help give an idea of how a gun handles. There are also upgrades you can do to tweak the shot deviation to make things more "accurate".

*Edited because I originally thought shot deviation was a stat in the gun details, it is not*

And yes, this game doesn't have a dispersion indicator or anything in the reticle like other games have. You kinda need to learn your guns and figure out how they handle over time.

Indeed, and stat cards are missing a good deal of other information that I'd consider vital. Base accuracy, accuracy while on the move, hipfire accuracy, recoil pattern (apparently it does exist), etc. I also remember reading that there are also some hidden modifiers to recoil. Sounds too bizarre to be true, but I thought the same about bots hiding under player-like names, so who knows.

In combat there's no indication of any kind for dispersion / inaccuracy either. There isn't even iron sights misalignment to give an idea of just how wide your shots might go.

Returning to the subject, try shooting while standing still and see if that helps with your "hit registration". If it helps than you'll know what it was. If it doesn't, then there are some deeper issues at work as well.

Correct, I think this is where they went for a bit of realism as compared to typical CoD arcade effect.

Agreed, it be awesome to have more details about the weapons if they are giving us a more realistic weapon handling situation. I'd get super nerdy on that stuff.

I see, well it does a poor job at showing that, and sometimes from relatively close as well, clearly i aimed at his body when shot, but not even a hit, a ghost bullet. Also no recoil which is kinda odd.

And also I HATE the menus in this game. I just wanna shoot some fools and have fun. All these weapon menus and squads, I don't give a f. Why do they add that nonsense. Heroes and Generals did the same with their acoustic map battles.

The game definitely has some weapon bloom and accuracy debuffs when you are moving and turning the gun rapidly. Don't sprint around at mach speed like a Call of Duty match. I personally don't have a huge problem hitting people when i'm using the bolt action rifles. I can usually hit them in the first 1-2 shots from 50-100m, depending on any obstructions, and can use the sniper bolt action quite easily. It could be possible it's your connection to the game servers, not sure what ping you're getting but check to see what server you are playing on to see if it's latency. It could also be the game just sucking, this is basically War Thunder and that game has had its fair share of nonsense over the years.
This topic is covered well already, but yes about the bloom and yes about the many hidden factors going into each shot taken. I'm not a huge fan of these mechanics, but I totally understand them. We have to realize that every weapon in Enlisted was actually used or seriously considered for WW2 service, a big reason why these world powers chose to use these weapons were their incredible accuracy. Honestly, if John Browning's Automatic Rifle was as accurate and deadly as it truly was In Real Life, this game would be rather frustrating, actually :D

Oh it's you again, okay you're upset. We know. What exact section, clause, article are they violating in Steam TOS? I've never spent a dime on this game and I literally ended every match Numero Uno Mi Amigo today. I have no problem with people spending money on this game. That's silly, you silly goose, you sound like a politician, always babbling about peoples pockets. The only thing I have a problem with is people who continuously chant the same mantra, when clearly no research was done. Name me one single Rifle that must be purchased with actual real life currency that is better than all three of these rifles. The American T20 (free), The Soviet Federov Avtomat (free), Germany's "Sturmgewehr"(sp?)(free)

Name one single premium rifle you must buy with real life currency that outclasses these three free rifles, I dare you, no I double dog dare you.
I see the mechanics, thing is you can one shot people easily, i can clearly hit a shot, but lose somehow, and then the other dude oneshots me. I do not really like that. If I hit it on my screen it should be a hit. Just add recoil or whatever.
Yeah, I was saying all that about potentially missing shots, but it could be something else as well. I know I sometimes see a bullet supposedly hit me (there's even a hit sound) but there's no damage.

This was a problem since first CBT i guess it's their crappy servers with problematic low tick rate.

Fedorov MG is better than all three of those it has same dmg as Fedorov AR but even less of a dispersion + recoil. It's the most underrated premium and one of the most powerful, despite being MG it doesn't slow you down at all. Only problem is the slower ADS speed but you can mitigate it by preaiming and leaning or shooting from the hip at close range.

tbf the historical accuracy ship has sailed long ago because the moment you matchmake br3 as germany, youre going into top tier facing russians who have prototype assault rifles and whats basically a rpk from the cold war. Not to mention the germans getting unlimited king tigers despite the fact there was only a few hundred in the entire war
