It took 6 days but i got my steam version working
I kind of have ocd when it comes to things not working it becomes a game in itself to sort it out and that's why i went thru the trouble and thought i would share the process. When i first launched it on steam it auto logged in to a 10 year old account from when i tried WT with no way to pick the account i had been using over a year for enlisted. So i contacted Support lol now what took so long was i guess the timezones i would only get one reply a day really early in the morning and by the time i got up they were sleeping and they don't work on the weekends. It also took an extra day because i tried to delete the old account but the steam ver just gave an error saying account deleted and they said they can copy the progress from my main acc to the old one but it was being deleted Would i like to restore it? so i said yes. They said the main account would be banned after the transfer I said yes. I was willing to be a guinea pig just to test it out and in the end it worked Everything is there but the 500g from the $20 steam buy in but the weirdest part in the whole process was this " Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Please note that after transferring Enlisted progress from "Main ac" account to "old acc linked to steam" "Main acc" account will be blocked from playing Enlisted. If you agree to proceed with transferring the progress, please confirm and provide us with your system specifications:

Press the Windows + R combination of keys on your keyboard.

Type "dxdiag" in the Run box that appeared, and press Enter or click Ok.

Press the "Save All Information" button.

Make sure to name the file "dxdiag" and save it to your desktop. Attach said file to your next message.

Best regards,"

lol i do not know why they needed that but ok I googled dxdiag and there's no personal info in it so i gave it to them. Anyways i just thought i would let others that might be in the same boat having a old account linked to steam know what you might have to go thru to fix it .

Just got mine fix too! Took 6 days but they just had me log into the two accounts and submit the ticket stating the original references number.
