I also upgraded Nvidia Drivers to 546.65. Doubt that did anything.
Has to be the anti-cheat software I bet.
Edit, yep, started MSI Afterburner and tried starting the game. Fatal Error again.
Is there any way to remove anti-cheat. I don't plan on gaming online.
When Elden Ring came out, players found a few methods for disabling EAC, which might work here because the executable files are similarly named:

I tried the one where you rename the executable, but had no luck. Of course, your mileage may vary.
If nothing else works, see if you can receive a refund. I think EAC started getting more picky in this game a few patches ago; I don't see it getting better sometime soon unfortunately.
