* Use Heavy-Duty type
* Use the "Maximum Grip" skill

Race win in Drifter mode
* Installed "Maximum Grip" skill
* Won 1st in Heavy-Duty vehicle

Why is the Challenge still not complete?

Have you completed the unleashed goal? Normal goal won't cut it.

Also, did you really install the skill, and not just buy it?

In the past challenges, I completed them in normal races, except this one. They all named as "unleashed goal", that's why I'm stuck here.

Yup, of course. The skill management is kinda troublesome, but I still remember to do them.
