Selling Upgrade Flash Drives
I was wondering if there is anyone in the game that could buy flash drives. I have 3 armour ones that I have no use for.

Unfortunately, nobody will buy those drives since they're technician-related. If you haven't messed with the Bandits at the Garbage too much, you can give them to the Bandit technician in the train station, though!
