How to kill Strelok?
Questions above.
1. Start mission, get GAUS-Rifle
2. Shoot Strelok down to around 20%
3. First Portal, kill all the enemies (thankfully they aren't able to throw nades 50 Meter exactly at your postion. oh wait)
4. Leave portal, "hurry up, kill strelok". But there is no Strelok neither his flashing surroundings. There is an indicator on the map, but there is nobody.
5. next portal, nade-pros again, kill all.
6. Leave second portal, one enemy spawns, kill him. "You ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, you didnt kill Strelok", emission, Game Over.

What do I do wrong?

Your not killing Strelock, your trying to stop him, He probabliy got up the ladder on the last run and got away, you must lay it into him constently without mercy...The gause rifle is just a another psy-weapon at this stage in the game...

OBTW I have beaten this game as default and twice... do it again...

The last run will be at a corner were you telaport out to, at the right, there will be some box car style containers that you have to climb up over to continue the pursuit. This walk way ends at the base of the NPP were when looking up you see a set of ladders going up to the top. He will be over in that location..

Well I gave up. I found him after the second teleport, But when he walked up those stairs I was unable to hit him. Since the games was over anyway I dont think I miss that much.

Well if the game ends with credits or a short video of people shaking and jarring like seziers and then credits, then you finished the game..

strelok is standing below a building to the side and i can shoot him from above but it doesnt seem to hurt him is my game broken?

Strelok is bulletproof. Only the gauss rifle has any effect on him.

Warning SPOILER follows.

The video shows the final cutscene after you disable Strelok's PSI protection. The cut scene starts at about 1:10
Be prepared to be underwhelmed.

I enjoyed playing the game all the way through until I encountered the ending. I still enjoy the game up to the final battle. When I play it now, I finish the game when the final battle starts at the CNPP. Some things are better left unknown. Like this ending. It may be a tie-in to SOC but... Meh.

yeh gus.... strelok bugged out like that but i could only see him from the nearest rooftop..... i was shooting him with the gauss gun but it didnt seem to do anything cos i couldnt see his health bar when scoped in.... i reloaded a save game and ended up killing him from like the second rooftop.... my last shot hit him at the top of the stairs, like metres from him escaping

I'm downloading the SOC Oblivion Lost 3.1 mod right now. Haven't tried it before.

Dude , if you pick the wrong portals , you will be tranfered to areas far from strelok's location . Keep an eye on the radar map and judge the possible way to getting close to strelok

On wikipedia , Fang was said to have been killed at Pripyat by a sniper . But in Soc , the PDA found at Agroprom Underground told that Fang got abushed by a man with scars on his face in Military Warehouses. Does anyone have a clear ideas of this ?

Strelok wasn't killed or SOC would not have been there. HAHAHA .How can the legendary be dead ?:steamhappy:

Disabling Streloks Psi-Armor means he was knocked out by the psi-storm . The cutscene : He was lying on the ground , uncounscious. What really happened to him was that he was brainwashed , turned to something like a monolith . And soon he was assigned a task to kill himself by C-counsciness, as what started in Soc . The death truck .
