Leftover PDAs?

I just noticed something...besides certain semi-game and one game breaking bug, all of which I resolved.

I seem to be stuck with...

Fang's PDA
Lost party's PDA
PDA with a map of the Red Forest

Taking up .30 kg of space.

Should I sitll be having these?

Fang's PDA is from the Bandits after I grabbed it...I would assume it would have been turned over to Clear Sky
Lost party's PDA should have been given to Sakharov
Red Forest PDA should have been given to Duty member who requested it.

Yet I completed these tasks and I still have the PDAs, was this intentional?

Also, did Sakharov have any additional dialogue other than "Lefty is waiting for you?" Seems strange.

You can cancel the Sakharov dialogue, there is not and it fixes itself once you get past Army Warehouses where he greets you.

Still waiting on the PDA ones.
