Best MOD for Clear SKy

Hello i looking for best modpack which improved sounds, textures, weapons etc. any who can help me? i want maximum from STALER :)

I've played all of the Stalker games with a few different mods, and the one that always seemed to have the best overall experience for me was the Stalker:Complete series. They improve the graphics slightly, add a few weapons, fix a lot of bugs with crashes and AI, and provide some improvements to the questlines - all without greatly changing the baseline story or feel of the game.

I have been wondering that myself. The one i liked and seemed to rework the things that SRP fixes as well as overhauls a good part but keeps the core vanilla experience was OGSE CE 2014, though i had some performance and loading issues, especially with DirectX10 enabled.
I hear good things about Clear sky factions mod. Also CS complete sucessor CSMP 2012(SRP1.04)
The one that people are saying is the best mod ever is Reborn another way(2.5.3. latest version) many now claiming that Clear Sky is their fav over the rest.

Question why is SWTC packed with Arsenal overhaul 1.2 , i have never been able to get these to work together.
