Cannot capture a point at an entrance of the garbage?

The point is the one by the drain pipe. I've cleared all the enemies around it, and I wait for reinforcements. They come, and they're stuck in the pipe. They don't move past a certain point in the pipe. Any help

I'm a part of the loner faction, the thing is, there is no counter attacking group. It's been telling me to defend and hold the point for 3 hours now. I thought the loners would come and capture it by themselves, but that hasn't been the case.

Reload an earlier save. You can only capture stuff if those degenerates finally arrive

Go ahead and ask important NPC or squad leader Can I help you? And he might give you quest to capture territory

Yeah, I just reloaded back to a save where I had the point. I was able to defend it for a while and even take the depot by myself and get that sweet reward. But, as soon as I entered the Dark Valley the Loners lost it... and it's now back to that glitch. I just said ♥♥♥♥ it and joined Freedom.

MUHEHEEHEH GOOD LUCK. I cannot find last 28 duty guys....Duty is in Red Forest, Military Warehouse and dont forget Agroprom underground :D + their counterattacks with Exo suited machinegunners...well I was able to defeat them :D
