Funny because i think Freedom has the best weapons....the Sgi 5k and the G37 are accurate as hell and have a good dfamage output.

True. Only problem with freedom campaign is that they never go to 'hold the point until help arrives' bases. (I watched an entire freedom base die because of ONE mutant dog.9

lucent thats because you are supposed to be the jason bourne of the game hey if youve ever joined freedom you should know a squad cant keep itslef alive no matter what and duty...those paramilitary badasses can do anything ooorah

So what happens if you don't join anyone? I got car jacked twice and no one was around to help...it's on now!

Best is not joining anyone. Just do side missions in order to complete friendly attitude of every faction in the game. And keep bandits neutral. Life is so much easier.

Anything wrong with that?

I joined the Loners at Agroprom - friends with Freedom, enemies with bandits - all others neutral. I think it's a pretty good balance. Just hang around the Agroprom Loner base, it's under constant attack, plenty of weapons to pick up and sell, just one bad glitch > the bandit base at the Depot always gets reoccupied (mission to take the Depot when you join Loners)and it's an endless recurring mission requirement like the one in Red Forest ("hold the point until help arrives" - help never arrives and it also stays on the PDA).
It's good to be enemies with somebody so you can pick up their weapons and get rich, why not the bastards that robbed you at Flea Market(spend your money first and drop a good rifle and ammo outside the door).

Think of Skinflint as Sgt.Elias from Platoon and Voronin as Sgt.Barnes. I think its the perfect comparison.

I can see it now Skinflint hotboxing one of those abandoned sea cans with his squad after victory. Only for Voronin to look in with disgust it is prob how their conflict started.

When i was kid, i mostly played as bandits- i viewed them as interesting and colorful faction, also they give good money and good rifle(G-36) when you destroy stalker base. But now i dont like additional difficulty(since bandits fight both Stalkers and Duty) and play Stalkers, then Freedom(i like accuracy).
