i thought SRP changed it so that you can wipe out a faction though, i guess SurDno convinced Decane to change that at some point, so there as far as i know isnt any mod that makes it so that you can win
Once the depot is captured by stalkers, the only way bandits can respawn and start capturing Cordon/Garbage positions again is if the stalkers lose control of the depot due to mutant attacks.
That's correct - but only if the player puts in the work to make sure friendlies actually capture the enemy base. Storming it solo, killing everyone there, and then leaving before allies capture it will almost certainly result in enemies respawning again before allies have a chance to seize control of it.
The Agroprom attacks will stop once you've completed Orest's tasks.
