Nobody's Backpack!
Not an easy backpack to get to.... takes a couple of attempts at least for me. good luck!

On a tree by the duty base. Its actually in a tree and theres an anomly real close by.

OK, my brain is gone, it's been so long. I remember it now. It was one if not the only trees I was avle to climb but, I thought that was in CoP where I climbed a tree once to get artifacts from. That name didn't ring a bell, either. I'm 60 so, my memory isn't what it used to be.
