This is you not updating re framework and trying to use an out of date version.
You also don't need to run fluffy manager as administrator if you don't install it in program files or program files x86.
Because you should never install ANYTHING in program files or program files x86.

Just grab an updated version of reframework off github. Most recent versions are on the nightly page.
