Missed treasure
If missed 2 treasures, one in the village and one in the castle. Can I pick them up in New Game + for it to count for the achievements?

Nope, you have to pick ALL treasure once again, it has to be done in a single playthrough, you can do village / castle / island separately tho

No you have to collect it all again. Don't worry tho. Even in my " I gather everything to unlock the 3 treasure cheevos" I managed to miss one in the castle ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
