To everyone suffering FPS drops during the rain in Chapter 5 onwards
Go to settings, set rain quality to low. There you go. Your game will stop turning into a powerpoint presentation during rain.

P.S.: Might wanna consider turning off hair strands.

yep hairstrands pinned my gpu in the demo at99% but turning it of put it at 70% like wtf

That settings uses around 2% of my GPU usage and about 3 FPS difference. Radeon 6900 XT.

Yeah also Ray tracing is god awful in this game so be sure to turn it off as well
