do you keep anything after beating the game?
should I sell all my keys and valuables or no?

You keep all of your stuff in NG+

You keep everything except treasures and key items. Cash, inventory and items on storage will be kept for NG+

Treasures carry over as well as Spinels. Also, you do keep gems as well, I'm on Playthrough 3 (4 if you count my professional S+ run where I had to start a new save file), and I can confirm that treasures carry over.

Only the keys needed to progress the game, small keys to open drawer included, those disappear, everything else carry on

Key items will be lost, every stage at the shooting range will be unlocked but you can rebeat them for tokens. Treasures, cash, inventory, storage, will all be kept. Spinels will carry over and you can do the requests again for the same ammount of spinels, and all items in the spinel trade menu will be unlocked immedeatly. Any weapons you didnt pick up can be purchased by the Merchant and you can now buy the infinite rocket launcher for 2 million ptas (use the rebuy tab to buy back sold weapons).

Eh, it's fine. Now you have a ton of money for your next playthrough. You'll get plenty of treasures and money along your new game plus, anyways.
