Failed to load saved data

i love this game but ive had problems after problems
first the fatal error which i cant fix but found a way round it which have to do on each load
and now this
So im near the end of the game and another crash and apon restarting i get a message unable to read gamesave and i must delete so can start again
i choose load game instead of continue and theres nothing showing
is there any way to fix this so i can just finish it?
i cant bring myself to start again after 100 game crashes
i dont see the point in cloud saving if they are corrupt ,i can see my saves in steam/userdata/blabla/205650/remote/win64_save

what are the chances it will fix after an update?
is it repairable?
or am i destined to just start again so can do the last hour

no luck but was worth a shot
all that happened was the load button disapeared rather than it be there with nothing within
