Do I get anything for completing game with zero deaths?
Or am I wasting my time running back to save all the time and reloading saves lol

Unless you see a challenge for it, I think its just a good feeling. Cuz, there is no achievement for it, I think it may just help your over all grade at the end.

Technically no, however I think I read that deaths/continues do add extra time to the total time, so if you want S+ it would probably require very few deaths if any due to that repercussion. However S+ also requires like 15 saves or less I think (although this might vary depending on which difficulty you play)

edit: I don't just mean the time it takes you to play, die, and load, I think there's a small time penalty, like for example if you die and load it might add an addition 5 minutes or something.

Thanks. I checked all steam achievements and there’s nothing there. So probably not.

The above info is incorrect. Dying does not add a penalty or anything of the sort, it just makes you go back to your last save/checkpoint and whatever time you loose is from retracking ground. I should know as it took me just over 5 hours to do professional S+ and some times I would improve my time and otherwise worsen my time.

Huh, fair enough. My mistake for being misinformed.
