When are we going to get RE: Outbreak remake?

When is Capcom going to make a remake to Resident Evil Outbreak that came out back in 2002? It would be so fun to play a multiplayer online Resident Evil game with seven other friends where you explore every part of Raccoon City like the Zoo, Subway Stations, Hotels, Streets, Forest, and etc. etc. and work together to survive.

Even the Outbreak community is making cool mods for the game today:

I don't care about a remake, i would just be happy with a pc port with online capabilities. Outbreak was the best ps2 title after re4.

The Outbreak games are in dire need of remasters or remakes. Exponentially more than RE5 or CV.

Their priority is remaking the mainline games and new ones.
Or have you seen them remaking Code Veronica? Survivor? Revelations?

I fear outbreak on new generation of gamer is going to be an issue, especially on Very Hard difficulty

They better learn how to tackle, how to dodge, how to switch item on the ground with their inventory, leave blue herb for George, knifing certain dangerous room for future transversal, don't waste ammo on immortal Nyx boss, and most importantly, don't snatch my favorite burst handgun in scenario Showdown 3.

Of all the things they could be remaking the RE Outbreak games are by FAR the one's with the most potential. But I am quite sure Capcom is too dumb to do it. This despite a petition that had I forget how many tens of thousands of signatures asking them to.

For those that don't know. The Outbreak games were a real 4 player online co-op Resident Evil game. Not some silly side mode. No Horde mode or PvP bullcrap. It was a full Resident Evil experience but with 4 player co-op. And this years before Left 4 Dead even existed.

your excuses arent a good enough reason for outbreak to not get a remaster/remake
