A friend lost his charms
So i heard about this issue before, of people losing their Pre-Order charms, and it just happened to one of my friends after his game crashed, anyone knows a solution?

Yeah, go to the shooting range and get better ones. Ashley charm, striker charm, etc.

I don't know how a game crash could cause such a thing but if it really is the case make sure your friend didn't just sell them to the merchant or somehow unchecked the DLC in the game's library page
