not getting bonus time on 2-A??

It shows I hit every single pirate, im not hitting a single pedestrian, I'm getting all red skulls yet it's not triggering bonus time. I have 100% on all other challenges up to this point.

You can check the bonus time requirements on the bottom of each of the "postings" when you go to select a stage to attempt in the shooting range after the first time you've completed them, not all of them are just hitting every Pirate
