When will Gold getter a bigger discount?

Im waiting for the Gold edition of the game to become $17 during sales just like how Village gold is. Any idea when that might be? One year anniversary for the gold edition is on Feb 10th. So should I expect the March sale for it to become that price or not?

Wait for Steam Summer discounts. Steam has lot of sales throughout the year but realistically, that's the only time when Steam has the largest sales. But you are just hoping for the best if you want Gold Edition to get an even higher discount at this point. You might have to wait for years

ahh didnt realise that. I was trying to gauge how many years after the games release/golds release it might get on sale. Didn't notice that village gold and re4r were out at the same time. hmmmm

The gold edition is 30€ right now on sales, you might as well just buy now if you want to play it, and I can only highly recommend it, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dope game.

If you really want the price to be lower than that you might have to wait quite a long time.

if I were you, OP, I'd just buy the gold right now if you want to play it instead of waiting for years on end. But of course, that's up to you on whether you want to play RE 4 Remake right now. Steam offers discounts all the time but not on all games in their library at the same time.

The price discount percentage that you are looking for doesn't mean anything to Capcom, you know what I mean? So really as a consumer, up to you when you decide to purchase RE 4 Remake because Steam sure isn't the one that has a handle on it.

How Steam makes money is this. Whatever the pricing that the game developers put up on Steam, they get a certain percentage out of it as commission.

In other words, you can't expect Steam to put a discount on a particular developer game when the developer has no interest in doing so. That is called doing business.

Right now, Gold Edition ~19€

Yes, I'm waiting for RE4R gold to also get a sale price of ~19 Euros like RE8 Gold.
