The game got a very narrow FOV even maxed out.
There's a few things you need to install:
-REFramework (Got a built-in FOV slider, but I prefer the plugin mods from Nexus).
-FluffyModManager (to enable downloaded mods).
There's 2 FOV mods available on Nexusmods:
-No Zoom for the main campaign
https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/52
-No Zoom for The Mercenaries
https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/463
These fantastic mods enables you to aim without that hysterical zoom the game got.
If you just want a slight zoom-in there's a version of the mod you can download (look at files page).
When you got REFramework and FluffyModManager working, you just enable the mods
in FMM before starting the game (you just have to do it once). Then play, hopefully you don't feel motion sick anymore.
I highly recommend getting the REFramework like the other comment suggests. Having a better fov, aspect ratio fix (i'm ultrawide) and turning off the motion sickness stuff in accessibility options removed it for me.
Because of the moving camera.
boiii ts is so tuff!
