In the opening cutscene, who is that women?

In the first cutscene of the game who is that woman that is tied up that the cultists sacrafice, I thought she was Ashley if we did not save her, she has different hair, is She one of the missing hiker the officers mention?

Presumably, yes.

However, according to concept art it originally looks like they might have been intended to be one of Ashley's college friends who got kidnapped along with her, but was changed later. Or, at least she was supposed to witness the sacrifice. I remember how some of the earlier trailers showed Ashley running around the village on her own.

It's the locked door to the left of the house where you meet Luis. You can revisit the area in chapter 4 after defeating Del Lago.

the two missing hikers the police talk about while driving leon to the village. You find them both around Chapter 4, going back to the house around the fishing village where luis was found, via a locked gate. One is found by the room next to the stairs and the other one is still on the altar laying dead.
